The Emergency Department provides services whereby all ill or injured individuals who come to the hospital for emergency evaluation or initial treatment are assessed by qualified health care providers and, as indicated, are either treated or referred to an appropriate organization. The emergency department is a Level II emergency treatment facility which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Emergency Room is staffed with licensed physicians and registered nurses at all times.
